About us

Team Ambush is a group of undergraduate students from diverse streams studying at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune, striving to bring change in the agriculture domain. We aim to conceptualize , design, fabricate & test a “Self - Propelled Automated Multi - Vegetable Transplanter”. We are team with an ideology and goal to “Innovate & Mechanize the field of Agriculture in India”.

We participate and compete in a National Level Competition SAE TIFAN (“Technology Innovation Forum for Agricultural Nurturing”) organized by SAE INDIA under SAE INDIA Off - Highway Board; and is one of the most popular agri - tech events in the country where student teams from all over the nation participate every year to display their prototypes, projects and ideas on a particular theme at Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Ahmednagar. We are One Time National Champion as well in the same.

We exhibit the prototype at other premier exhibitions such as KISAN & KRUSHI MAHOTSAV with the aim of interacting with the farmers, to make a survey of the challenges faced by the farming community and develop industrial contacts.

The team was founded in 2017 and has successfully designed & manufactured serval Self - Propelled Onion Harvesters by putting the theoretical knowledge into test practically in order to achieve Breakthrough Innovations. The constant determination to serve the feeders of the world by analyzing learnings from the past to best ourselves is what keeps us motivated.
